These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HAODQC website at haodqc.co.za and your interaction with any services, forms, or programmes offered by the Andries Olivier Durbanville Quadriplegic Centre (registered as Huis Andries Olivier, NPO 039-707).

HAODQC offers the following services and programmes, each governed by these general terms and any specific terms applicable to that service:

• Permanent residential care for adults with quadriplegia and paraplegia
• HAO Hiring Services (catering equipment hire)
• HAO Supporters Club (monthly giving programme)
• HAO Golf Classic and other fundraising events
• Book Market community sales
• Donation processing and acknowledgement

3. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, HAODQC makes no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to spam or harvest contact details, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system.

4. Forms and Submissions

By submitting any form on this website, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and truthful. Submitting false information — particularly in a residency application — may result in immediate disqualification.

Form submissions are processed by HAODQC staff and residents within normal office hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30). We aim to respond to all submissions within one working day.

5. Donations

HAODQC does not guarantee any specific outcome or use for donations beyond the general operation and care of the Centre. Donors will not receive financial returns on their contributions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HAODQC or its contributors. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without written permission.
